How should I respond after receiving a HUG greeting card or email?

By sending a HUG, of course.
How will I know when my card has been delivered?

If you choose to mail a greeting, you will receive a tracking code to follow the delivery once the greeting card is mailed. Greeting cards sent via e-mail will receive a delivery notification once the greeting is sent.
What does a HUG card look like?

HUG cards are printed on HUG-blue, heavyweight cardstock. They are roughly 6 inches by 4 inches in size. The wording and images are printed in black ink. The mailing envelope is bright red with black wording. The envelopes are sealed with the HUG logo on the back. The HUG website is listed on the card or with the contents of the envelope.
Will the receiver know that I purchased the card?

The purchaser remains anonymous.
Why is my purchase being denied?

HUG LLC has the right to deny any purchase. The most probable reason is violation of terms and conditions.
Who cannot receive HUG cards?

Terms and Conditions state that the receiver and purchaser must be at least 18 years of age. If you are unsure of the receiver age, do not send a HUG Card.
How old do I need to be to send a HUG card?

HUG Cards are adult cards. Purchaser and receivers need to be at least 18 years of age. Anonymity could be jeopardized if cards are sent to, or purchased by minors.
